The villa is equipped with central air conditioning and heating, UV filtration and water softeners for drinkable water that feels luxurious on the skin, Sonos speakers in all entertaining areas, and outfitted with state-of-the-art Unifi ubiquiti fibre optic WiFi with speeds up to 600MB.

Hand painted ceilings and mural walls by the local craftsmen of the royal palaces are accompanied by imported fabrics by designers such as Pierre Frey, Ian Sanderson, and Jim Thompson, with trimmings from Samuel & Sons. The staff kitchen is equipped with industrial restaurant equipment while the private kitchens have designer elements such as a Smeg fridge, Dolce & Gabbana toaster, La Marzocco Coffee Machine, Gozney Pizza Oven, and a frozen drinks machine to make up to 40 drinks.

Further luxurious details include brass fittings imported from Corston for the light switches and outlets, and the bathrooms are outfitted with imported fixtures and fittings from Lefroy Brooks, Czech & Speake, and the Cast Iron Bath Company.

Outside dinners can be enjoyed al fresco on one of the numerous dining terraces, or under a pathway lined by olive trees, and lunches can be enjoyed in the newly built pool pavilion equipped with a full bar including an ice machine. There are further ice machines around all the main entertaining spaces on the property.

The property is meticulously maintained by a team of 11 staff and a villa manager, and guests have nothing but praise for their achievements as they work tirelessly to make sure your stay is as remarkable and relaxing as possible. All the beds, pillows, and bedding on the property have been carefully selected and imported to provide the maximum level of comfort for a restful stay.
